It all started 25 years ago when I, Anton Belsky, first encountered web development. I created websites for my own projects and clients, experimented with design, and learned from my mistakes. Over time, my interests shifted towards business management: process optimisation, team development, and scaling. But the web always remained my hidden interest. In the evenings, I studied new tools, followed trends, and improved my skills — after all, technology does not stand still. The same goes for presentations: working on large projects forced me to craft not just slides, but compelling stories for speeches and investors.
Over time, my home lab grew into a real workshop. Like-minded people began to join me — enthusiasts who were ready to tweak pixels to perfection and write code that sings. We never aspired to become a large agency — instead, we decided to focus on quality rather than quantity. Each of our projects is an experiment in which we combine proven solutions with bold ideas. Sometimes they explode like fireworks, sometimes they smoulder quietly, but they are never boring.
Today, we are a small but very tight-knit team that cannot imagine life without challenges. Our experience allows us to see not only the outer shell, but also the business processes behind it. That is why we create solutions that not only look modern — they also perform the tasks at hand. As we say, ‘If you’ve stopped laughing at what you do, you’ve stopped moving forward.’ That’s why we laugh, experiment, and deliver websites and presentations to our clients that we’re proud to show off.
I have always believed that the ideal website should work like a Swiss watch, and a presentation should be like a stand-up comedy routine: clear, convincing, and with at least one good joke. Because if the client doesn't smile at least once, it means we've done something wrong. That's why in our projects, code goes hand in hand with humour, and design sometimes allows itself to play hide and seek with the user.
